a very GOOD experience
fantastic locationclean roomcomfortable bedeasy access
the LOCATION was fantastic for an early start from Paddington Station. I found the room very clean. The bed, also, was particularly comfortable. The closeness to the station made it easier to get where I needed to go.
the executive double room i booked felt a little smaller than the photos suggested. this was my Only slight disappointment.

the hotel features modern decor throughout all public areas. the receptionist offered warm service and greeted me with a friendly smile. the hotel is also located a short walk from Hyde Park.

the room included all necessities for a short stay, modern and clean. it was well appointed. the bathroom, though compact, also felt nice. i found tea and coffee readily available IN the room.

great showers24-hour machine
The hotel provided a coffee machine available 24 hours, very convenient. Staff gladly held my luggage in storage after I checked out. I appreciated that service. Showers were also great.
